Motion Geometry with the Apple IIe

The computer can be used effectively as an environment in which mathematics may be discussed and learned; however, the key to such a use of the computer is the teacher’s or programmer’s ability to pose problems that challenge students’ conceptualizations of mathematical ideas. The teacher-made program presented below is an attempt to construct a computer-learning environment to facilitate the instruction of transformations.
