Making Sense of Problem Solving and Productive Struggle

How do we help children develop their abilities to solve problems’? Can this problem-solving ability be developed so that it is also available in non-mathematical situations? These two questions inspired us (a group of teachers and a university professor) to embark on a professional learning journey concerning the teaching and learning of problem solving.
