For many young people, mathematics feels sterile and disconnected from the world. In this edition of “Education Notes,” George Gadanidis provides several ideas and resources for connecting abstract mathematics to concrete activities that children can tell stories about. These activities allow children to talk abow mathematics and stay engaged.
